Complexity Surcharge
Simple shapes get standard pricing. Complex shapes (high hollow ratio, dense detail, etc.) require manual review and extra print time, so a surcharge is applied automatically.

Rates and calculation by lead time
The base amount is setup + printing + materials, excluding tax. The option fee equals the base amount × surcharge rate, plus handling. Each component is rounded down to the nearest ¥10.

Handling and shipping are excluded from discounts. Handling also does not count toward free shipping.
Order cutoffs: 11:00 for same-day and 18:00 for next-day dispatch. For 3–10 days, orders from 14:00 count from the following day (Japan time). Year-end closure adjustments to dates and prices appear in your quote.
Shipping Rates
Applies to new quotes from October 1, 2026, 00:00 Japan time. Earlier quotes retain their quoted price as a cap during their validity period. Confirmed order amounts remain unchanged.
We normally ship with Yamato Transport. We may choose another carrier or shipping service depending on your order and delivery conditions. Carrier and service selection is handled by Print Saku.

What's Included (v1.0)
Print Saku currently provides 3D printing and shipping only. The post-processing services below are planned for v2.0 and will be added in future releases.
