AI-CAD designs are made with OpenAI's GPT-6 family of models.
A figure takes about images 60pt + 3D 240pt = 300pt. If a generation doesn’t finish, the points used are returned.

- Each free-trial draft can be revised free up to 2 times.
All figures are estimates; extra image adjustments or major reworks lower them. We don’t guarantee the number you can make, or the quality or printability of the results.

Common rules and FAQ
- Renews monthly. Cancel anytime
Stop the next renewal anytime from "Workshop plan" on the Settings page. You can keep using it until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds.
- Points don’t carry over
Monthly points are valid until the next renewal. Unused points don’t carry over to the next month.
- Points back if it doesn’t work
If an AI generation doesn’t finish, we return the points used (as points).
- Pay by credit card
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express. Charged when you sign up, then automatically on each monthly renewal date.
When do I need to sign up or pay?
The free trial (3 tries per account; tries that fail are not counted) requires sign-in. Signing up alone costs nothing, and lets you save 1 item to My creations for free. Other AI generation, such as images and 3D creation, uses Lite, Pro or Max plan points.
How do renewal, expiry and cancellation work?
Lite, Pro and Max renew automatically at the same price each month. Monthly points are valid until the end of their monthly period (the next renewal) and do not carry over. Monthly points and returned points that are given back after a failed generation keep the expiry of the points used (or until 23:59 Japan time on the 180th day from the return if that expiry cannot be confirmed, has already passed on the return date or falls within 7 days of the return). Points used as extra points that are given back also keep their original expiry, but if that expiry has already passed on the return date or falls within 7 days of the return, they are valid until 23:59 Japan time on the day before the same date six months after the purchase date (never more than six months from the purchase date). Expiry dates are shown in the review box before you subscribe and under "Workshop plan" on the Settings page. You can stop the next renewal at any time from "Workshop plan" on the Settings page or by email (support@print-saku.com), and keep using the plan until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds. Annual billing is not currently offered. Plan members can buy extra points in the "Extra points" section on this page.
What if generation fails?
If an AI generation does not complete, including because of an outside AI service outage, the points used are returned. Returns are made in points, not cash (this does not limit any claim you have under law). If you remake a successful result to suit your taste, we show the points needed before the next generation. Viewing, rotating and choosing never use points.
Who gets the opening offer?
First-time workshop plan subscribers who sign up between Wed, Oct 14, 2026, 12:00 – Thu, Dec 31, 2026, 23:59 (Japan time).Lite is ¥490 (tax incl.) for the first month, then renews automatically at ¥980/month (tax incl.) from month 2.Pro is ¥990 (tax incl.) for the first month, then renews automatically at ¥1,980/month (tax incl.) from month 2.Max is not included.You can check whether it applies on the confirmation screen before signing up and on the payment screen.
What about the print discount?
While Pro or Max is active, every eligible print order gets 10% off. No monthly limit on the discount amount or number of orders. An eligible student coupon takes priority for the better 30% discount. Pro or Max does not add student coupons. Discounts apply to the print quote excluding shipping. Shop products, 3D Workshop points, Pro and Max plan fees, and separately quoted design or repair work are excluded. The Lite plan does not include the member discount on print orders.
Can points pay for physical printing?
Points cover digital generation. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for printing. Dimensions, materials and strength are checked before separately quoting repairs and production.
How do I change plans?
To change your current plan, contact support (support@print-saku.com).
Do all three services share an account?
Studio, Shop and the 3D Workshop use the same Print Saku account. Your 3D Workshop creations are saved to your account.
